McCartney grew up in Scotland near several distilleries, and as a young adult, he worked on the railroad delivering whisky barrels from the Highlands to Glasgow. Today, as the Master of Whisky for Dallas, James conducts a variety of special events, including tastings, seminars, dinners and educational courses.
