Crown Royal® Sazerac

Classic coctail

The Sazerac is one of the oldest known cocktails made in America, dating back to pre-Civil War New Orleans. The original cocktail used absinthe, but we put our own spin on it by using Sambuca. It’s the ideal after-dinner cocktail.

  • Ingredients:
  • Crown Royal® - 1 oz.
  • Orange Bitters - .25 oz.
  • Sambuca - 1 teaspoon

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine Stirrings® Blood Orange Bitters, Crown Royal and Romana® Sambuca with plenty of ice. Cover, shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel or a maraschino cherry.
