Peter Zimmermann

Peter Zimmermann is the Master of Whisky for Massachusetts.

Peter has spent the majority of his life in the food and beverage industry. In Chicago, Peter worked as the beverage manager in “TopChef” Tony Mantuano’s acclaimed Tuttaposto. He also became a tasting panelist at the Beverage Testing Institute where he discovered his passion for the world’s most exceptional whiskies. Peter has also worked in publishing, retail and importing.

As a writer and speaker, Peter loves to connect people with that magical moment of truth when they experience true joy through taste. “It is quite satisfying to see people arrive at that moment. A smile and a nod, that’s when I know,” says Zimmermann.
