INGREDIENTS
2 oz. soda water
0.75 oz. lemon Juice
0.5 oz pineapple gum syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except club soda in an ice-filled shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and add club soda.
