Crown Royal Winter Whisky Cocktail Vanilla Eggnog.

Eggnog isn’t just for the holidays. We like to cozy up all winter long with this classic drink made with Crown Royal Vanilla.

Ingredients

2 oz Crown Royal Vanilla

5 Egg Yolks

½ Cup of Sugar

1.5 cups of Milk

1.5 Cups of Heavy Cream

1 teaspoon of fresh nutmeg

Instructions

    1. In a bowl, whisk together 5 Egg Yolks with ½ cup of sugar.
    2. In a pot, heat 1.5 cups milk, 1.5 cups heavy cream and 1 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg to a simmer.
    3. Slowly whisky the hot milk into the egg mixture
    4. Put the whole mixture back on the stove at medium heat and whisk for 5 minutes.
    5. Once all the ingredients are fully mixed, add 2 oz. of Crown Royal Vanilla for every 4 oz. of eggnog.
