INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Crown Royal Peach

.25 oz Ghetto Gastro’s Sovereign Syrup (can be substituted with maple syrup)

.5 oz lime juice

3 oz grapefruit juice

1 dash sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Build: Shake all ingredients with ice in shaker tin, strain over fresh ice, top with garnish

  2. Glassware: Highball

  3. Ice: Cubed

  4. Garnish: Rosemary sprig and a smoked salt 1/2 rim
