Try our Whisky Sour recipe with Crown Royal Deluxe® Whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup and an egg white.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Crown Royal Deluxe

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

0.75 oz Simple Syrup

1 Egg White (or Egg White Substitute)

3 dashes Aromatic Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Glassware: Rocks Glass

  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake to chill.

  2. Strain back into shaker and shake again without ice.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with cherries and a lemon peel.
