INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Crown Royal Fine De Luxe

.75 oz fresh lemon juice

.5 oz orange ouice

.75 oz simple syrup

.5 oz egg white (or egg white substitutes)

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

Glassware: Rocks Glass

  1. Add all ingredients into a small tin and shake without ice first.

  2. Add ice and shake.

  3. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
